Usage:

• Heat the wheat pack in the microwave for 1 minute, increasing by 20-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached.
• Place the wheat pack on a dry, clean surface only.
• Replace the wheat pack every 12 months or if it becomes contaminated or the wheat has deteriorated.
